1) Re-instatement of West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission (WBMSC).
2) Ensure fair, speedy and corruption free recruitment procedures of employees (Teaching
& Non-teaching staffs) through WBMSC.
3) To fight against the curse of corruption in the recruitment procedures of employees;
specially to confiscate those syndicates that try to make profit out of mess by creating
intentional delay and chaos in the selection process.
4) To maintain unconditional stance in recruiting Trained, Skilled, Efficient, Educated and
Quality Teachers in government aided madrasahs.
5) To fulfil the various opportunities & facilities of employees of which they are entitled to.
6) Develop quality education and the spirit of enlightenment among the minorities.
7) To grant relief on the occasion of famine, earthquake, epidemic and other occasion of
calamities of similar nature and to give donations, subscriptions or contributions to the
institutions, establishments or persons during relief work on such occasions.
8) To work for the development of social welfare, health (on the controlling of HIV/AIDS,
malaria), to grow the awareness about drugs and sanitary system and to create
opportunities of education for the children of rural and urban areas.
9) To work for the community development and help them to understand the importance
of vocational education, especially education for women.
10) Embolden the spirit of inter-national brotherhood, moral value, co-operative outlook
and intellectual bond among the employees as well as to the masses.
11) Organise seminars, workshops to protect the rights of the consumers.
12) Help to protect green ecosystem and providing new saplings to plant for the sake of
saving our environment from various hazards.
13) Helping in various ways to grow the collective knowledge of the masses, to build rural
libraries, to arrange programmes for adult literacy.
14) Take care of orphan children and helpless aged men and women.
15) Arrange functions, exhibitions or programmes for the progress of art, literature, culture
and science.
16) Develop and improve the medical facilities by providing free medical counselling, check
up, medicine to the rural and minority people.
17) Would take and receive donations and gifts of any kinds such as money and property
(moveable and immoveable) from any organisation or individual whether the source is
from India or abroad that does not matter.
18) Promote research projects on modern science and technology; establish rural centre for
treatment of snake bite and make a research on the issues like this.
19) Publish and print magazines, journals, news papers and books.
20) Work for the all round development of Dalit communities i.e., religious and linguistics
minorities, Backward Classes, Scheduled Cast, Scheduled Tribes.
21) Create awareness and implement the Prime Minister 15 Point Programme for the
development of minorities.
22) Protection of human rights, fundamental rights of Indian Constitution and article 30 of
World Sanad (Bishwa Sanad), UNO.
23) Protect the rights of the disabled/challenged men and women with alternative religious
view point/faith.
24) Organise medical camp in order to provide quality medical support for the patients of
AIDS, cancer, thalassemia, leprosy etc.
25) Build an old age home, widow home, orphanage and a home for poor homeless women
where they will be trained to achieve their livelihood.
26) Build maternity home to provide advice regarding various maternity issues.
27) Arrange various free eye check up camps and encourage people to donate the valuable
parts of their body, especially eyes after their death.
28) Frequently arrange blood donation camps.
29) Arrange and organise lectures, seminars, workshops, debates, discussions, excursion to
develop the collective knowledge of common people and minorities.
30) Exterminate the gap what exists amongst teachers, students and society. Promote all
sorts of activities for the welfare of teachers, students and people in general in the field
of education.
31) Inculcate the spirit of democratic attitude in the society by imbuing communal harmony
and to fight against all sorts of exploitations that threats national integrity.
